Exploration

We discuss your wishes and ideas in more detail via video meeting, phone call, or email.

If this conversation goes well and before we proceed to the design phase, you will receive a non-binding quote from me.

This will usually be between 750 and 2,500 euros. The price will be mainly determined by the size of the quilt, the fabrics, the handmade details, and the quilting

Design Phase

After the approval of the quote, we start the design process within the chosen budget.

At the beginning of this phase, I request a deposit of €80. This amount will, of course, be deducted from the final settlement.

This is also the moment when the timing is agreed upon.

We conclude this phase with an official approval and order form.

Should you decide to stop at the end of this phase, the deposit of €80 will be considered as compensation for the services provided up to that point.

Let's make a quilt

Before starting to make your quilt, I request a down payment of 50% of the total price as stated in the order form.

Upon receiving this payment, I will immediately begin creating your unique custom quilt. I will keep you updated throughout the entire process with photos, so you can follow the progress.

Once the quilt is complete, you will receive the final settlement, where the remaining 50% will be offset against the initial deposit.

After receiving the payment, I will send your beautiful, unique quilt to you.
